You may be thinking: is Maddy going to blog about being in a bad mood this week? The answer is most definitely "sort of." Although I'm a moody person (I'd like to think I'm happy most of the time, but even the best of us slip up), this post is not going to be about overcoming bad moods or how best to be grumpy. It's about a website called Rainy Mood. This website is simple. It's just the sound of rain with a rainy background. It has other uses than just rain sound effects, though.
Rainy Mood can be played behind other music. It can be played behind any type of music, but it sounds the best behind sad or slow songs. For example, play this song with Rainy Mood behind it. Rainy Mood makes everything sound just plain better. It sounds like you're sitting outside listening to music while it's raining. I personally enjoy listening to it because it is very soothing. It calms me down when I come home in a bad. I just listen to my music and Rainy Mood with a big cup of hot cocoa and I feel loads better.
Rainy Mood can also be used when you're going to bed. Some people, myself included, love listening to the sound of rain overhead when they're trying to get to sleep. Well, this is like rain without the rain. You get all the sounds and none of the wetness and mud in the morning when you're walking to your car. Plus, there's even thunder sounds in some points of rainy mood. It's all very subtle and beautiful.
I hope I introduced you to something that you'll used. Rainy Mood is wonderful and beautiful, and it proves that sometimes simple things can provide comfort in this world that we live in.
Thanks for reading!
